Back on track!

Yay for me!  My mojo has returned (along with my health) and I've been following Michelle's exercise program religiously this week.  Not sure if it's my imagination, but the exercises seem to be much more difficult than in previous rounds?  I mean Mish, what's with those Turkish Get-Ups?  I'm guessing they're named after Turkish Delight coz that's what your legs feel like after you've done three rounds of 12 of them on each side of your body...  And as for eight minutes of planks after a 60 minute jog this morning!  Yes, I definitely have abs and every single one of them is complaining.  But boy are they going to look amazing when I've burned a bit more of the fat off to expose their beauty!
Now for another cup of nice green tea...

Been sick, but still committed to this

I first joined 12WBT on Round 1 last year.  I was super committed and lost 13kgs!  Add that to the 11kgs I lost in 2009 and I was pretty happy with myself.  I have successfully maintained this loss, but still have about 15kgs to go and have been struggling to find my mojo and get back with the program.  I'm pleased to say, I think it's back.  i've got my head right and am just making great food choices without even worrying about it.  Although I've been sick with bronchitis for the past three weeks and have barely left the house since the start of the program, I've still lost 1.6kgs.  Yay me!
I walked to the station to catch the train this morning, which means I have another 20 minute walk in front of me at the end of the day.  I'm gonna take it easy with the exercise until next weekend, when I will be BACK with a vengeance!
